All consignment items are accepted at Gemma's discretion and will be confirmed authentic before being listed for sale. 

Gemma has full pricing authority, all pricing reductions and promotions are at our discretion. Prices are set with the understanding that it is advantageous for both the consigner and Gemma to get the highest price. 

All items will be in Gemma's possession for 120 days. Items that do not sell within 120 days will be returned to Consigner.
